11 John Cena Vs. Randy Orton - Hell In A Cell 2014 (Rating: 6.80)
John Cena and Randy Orton had competed countless times, so fans were sick and tired by the time they competed at Hell in a Cell 2014. There was an incentive for the winner as they would become the number one contender for Brock Lesnar's WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
The match wasn't bad by any stretch of the imagination, but they didn't have to get out of first gear to make this a memorable Hell in a Cell match. Cena prevailed and got revenge on losing to Orton five years prior at the same event.
10 DX Vs. Legacy - Hell In A Cell 2009 (Rating: 6.80)
Legacy's Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase provided a stern test for DX in the inaugural main event at Hell in a Cell 2009. Moreover, Legacy had the two-on-one advantage early on as Triple H was beaten up which left Shawn Michaels to his own devices.
Nevertheless, DX had seen it all before, and they were no strangers to participating inside Hell in a Cell. Legacy gave DX a good run for their money, but there was no doubt that DX was going to seal the deal to put this feud to bed.
9 Randy Orton Vs. Daniel Bryan - Hell In A Cell 2013 (Rating: 6.68)
Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan clashed for the vacant WWE Championship at Hell in a Cell 2013. Bryan's former mentor Shawn Michaels oversaw proceedings as the special guest referee. The Viper dominated large portions of the match, but Bryan had the crowd backing him all the way.

They had a decent title match and both men had extraordinary chemistry together. However, HBK cost Bryan as he nailed him with his patented Sweet Chin Music. Orton picked up the scraps to kickstart another WWE Championship reign much to the delight of Triple H.
8 Roman Reigns Vs. Rusev - Hell In A Cell 2016 (Rating: 6.27)
History was made at Hell in a Cell in 2016 as the United States Championship was defended inside Hell in a Cell for the first time. Rusev was looking to unseat Roman Reigns to become a three-time United States Champion.
Rusev looked incredibly strong in this match, and The Big Dog received his customary chorus of boos from the fans. The Bulgarian Brute was in pole position to regain the belt as he locked Reigns with the Accolade by using a chain. However, Reigns regrouped and planted Rusev with a thunderous Spear to retain in an average title bout.
7 John Cena Vs. Randy Orton - Hell In A Cell 2009 (Rating: 6.21)
The WWE Title was like a hot potato in 2009, and Randy Orton was looking to reclaim the WWE Championship from John Cena inside Hell in a Cell. The bitter rivals' feud dominated the latter stages of 2009 with an array of violent matches.
They had a decent Hell in a Cell match and The Viper showed his resiliency by kicking out of Cena's Attitude Adjustment. Ultimately, Orton finished off the job with a Punt Kick, and he became the first man to win the WWE Title in a Hell in a Cell match.
6 The Undertaker Vs. Shane McMahon - WrestleMania 32 (Rating: 5.76)
The Undertaker has made a lot of people famous in Hell in a Cell matches, and Shane McMahon was his latest opponent at WrestleMania 32. Shane O'Mac made his long-awaited return to WWE in 2016, and his father Mr. McMahon put him in this match with Undertaker.

Undeniably, it was great to see Shane back inside the squared circle, but neither man was at their peak to be having a lengthy Hell in a Cell match. Shane did his Leap of Faith off the top of the cell, and he crashed and burned with Undertaker rolling out of the way. Ultimately, Undertaker was victorious with the Tombstone Piledriver.
5 Roman Reigns Vs. Braun Strowman - Hell In A Cell 2018 (Rating: 5.67)
Roman Reigns was finally getting his chance to shine as Universal Champion after dethroning Brock Lesnar for the gold at SummerSlam 2018. The Big Dog put his championship on the line against Braun Strowman inside the Devil's Favorite Playground with Strowman cashing in his Money in the Bank contract.
Hardcore legend Mick Foley had a watchful eye on proceedings as the special guest referee. Unfortunately, there was a little spark in this match with the bout being poor. Moreover, the whole purpose of a Hell in a Cell match is to have a definitive winner, and there wasn't one as Lesnar interfered and laid out both men.
4 CM Punk Vs. The Undertaker - Hell In A Cell 2009 (Rating: 5.00)
Hell in a Cell 2009 got off to an emphatic start with CM Punk defending the World Heavyweight Championship against The Undertaker. This had the potential to be a great match, but it ended up being one-way traffic for The Demon of Death Valley.
Undertaker was in cruise control for the majority of the match with Punk having little offense in this bout. Ultimately, The Phenom executed his patented Tombstone Piledriver and made history as the first man to win a World Championship in a Hell in a Cell match.
3 CM Punk Vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman - Hell In A Cell 2013 (Rating: 4.00)
For the second year in succession, CM Punk and Ryback collided in a Hell in a Cell match. However, it was a two-on-one handicap match with Paul Heyman on Ryback's side, and he got elevated up to the top off the cell to avoid The Second City Saint.
It was an awful match that did not need to be contested inside a Hell in a Cell. Punk prevailed, but after the match, he scaled up the cell and he attacked Heyman with a kendo stick.
2 The Undertaker Vs. Big Boss Man - WrestleMania XV (Rating 1.94)
The Undertaker represented The Ministry of Darkness, and Big Boss Man went into battle for The Corporation in their Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania XV. This is often amongst the conversation for being one of the worst Hell in a Cell matches in history.
Boss Man had a lot of offense and he caused Undertaker to bleed profusely. The Undertaker was also briefly handcuffed to the cell. Ultimately, Undertaker swung the pendulum in his favor, and he won this dreadful contest. Moreover, the aftermath is memorable as Undertaker hung Boss Man which was unbelievable for fans to witness.
1 Seth Rollins Vs. The Fiend - Hell In A Cell 2019 (Rating: 1.01)
Bray Wyatt's WWE career has had so many ups and downs, and fans were digging his new character The Fiend. Seth Rollins defended the Universal Championship against The Fiend inside Hell in a Cell.
This was a glorious opportunity for The Fiend to wrestle the Universal Title from Rollins and build on his momentum. However, Rollins systematically destroyed The Fiend and the match ended up as a stoppage which was illogical as Hell in a Cell matches are No DQ affairs. The Architect became a scapegoat that night and had a few staredowns with fans on his way back to the locker room.
