On Vickie Guerrero’sExcuse Me podcast, former WWE Star Jazz discussed her mistreatment at WWE. The two-time WWE Women's Champion, who left wrestling last month, says she struggled with both physical and emotional issues at the promotion.
One issue was her lack of merchandising. “You get tired of being pushed back so far that you have to stand up for yourself. The whole time I was there with WWE, they never gave me an action figure the whole time I was the champ,” she says.

Jazz adds that Stephanie McMahon told her that she and Trish “were probably the only two women making money for the company” who didn’t have any merchandise. “I’m the champion and they never put me on a poster. I may not be the most gorgeous girl but I’m damn sure wasn’t the ugliest. I feel they didn’t know how to market me.”
Jazz, whose career spans 20 years, also competed for the National Wrestling Alliance, where she held the NWA World Women's Championship for over 900 days. After participating in the Casino Battle Royal at AEW's All Out last year, she was eliminated by ODB.
On The Chris Van Vliet Show podcast on October 5, 2020, she announced her retirement, saying health and personal issues led her to vacate the NWA Women's Championship. Married to Rodney Begnaud, who also competed as Rodney Mack in WWE, she gave birth to twin girls named Summer and Skye in November 2008.
The couple owns a fitness gym, which according to her is to "keep the youth off the streets and keep them positive" and a wrestling school called The Dog Pound. In July 2016, she was named part of a class action lawsuit filed against WWE which claimed wrestlers sustained traumatic brain injuries during their tenure and that the company concealed the risks of injury. The lawsuit was dismissed by US District Judge Vanessa Lynne Bryant in September 2018.
