Charlotte Flair is one of the most accomplished athletes in the history of American professional wrestling. In addition to being the final Diva's Champion, a two-time NXT Women's Champion, a six-time WWE Raw Women's Champion, and a seven-time WWE Smackdown Women's Champion. All these accolades are made even more impressive when Charlotte expresses how she feels she is just now hitting her prime.

Charlotte Flair Talks Retirement Matches, Achieving Legend Status
Former WWE superstar Madusa recently said that she wants a retirement match against Charlotte Flair. In an interview with CBS Sports, Charlotte was consequently asked who she would like to retire against. She replied that she doesn't know what the wrestling landscape will look like by the time she retires. Fightful has provided the following transcription:
It's so hard because I don't know what the landscape is going to look like. There's a difference from passing the torch and a retirement match. I don't know, maybe -- I don't know if that person exists yet.
Flair then discussed being the subject of an A&E Biography episode. She expressed her feelings that WWE is trying to push her out the door as though her retirement is imminent. Flair explained that she feels nowhere near satisfied with her career and wants to accomplish much more before hanging it up.
I feel like we're trying to push me out now. I'm not really sure. I feel like I haven't even hit my prime yet or I'm just starting to get there. I love saying in a promo that I'm a living legend, but I don't feel like it. When I think of legend, I think of The Undertaker's career. The status he's at. It means retired and drinking pina coladas on the beach somewhere in Tulum.
In less than a week's time, Charlotte will be defending her WWE Smackdown Women's Championship against the winner of the 2023 Royal Rumble, Rhea Ripley, at Wrestlemania 39.
