The WWE Hall Of Fame is something that wrestlers hope to be inducted into, and while the majority get put in due to what they do with WWE, sometimes other elements of their work is considered. If a wrestler works for a company WWE ended up owning then it helps, such as WCW or ECW.

ECW might have been genuine competition to WWE at one point, but WWE does recognize its history, and because of that the alumni of that company can all be considered for a future induction. Some of ECW's past stars will no doubt end up being Hall Of Famers down the line, much like RVD and The Dudley Boyz, but others simply have no chance of being inducted.
10 Will Make It: Rhyno
Rhyno was an explosive part of ECW with his power and speed working well inside the ring to help him become a big star. He brought something different to everyone else, and that style adapted him well to WWE when he got the chance to work for the company.
Rhyno had several runs with WWE, with his initial spell being an enjoyable time where he put together some great moments. Meanwhile, he was brought back as a veteran and enjoyed a great tag team run alongside Heath Slater, with his time in both WWE and ECW being memorable enough to earn a Hall Of Fame induction one day.
9 No Chance: Sandman
Sandman was involved in some amazing storylines throughout his time in ECW, particularly against Tommy Dreamer. If there was an ECW Hall Of Fame there is no doubt that Sandman would end up not only being inducted, but being placed in as a headline act.

However, when it comes to WWE's Hall Of Fame it is unlikely that he would get the nod. He never got much of a push in WWE, and the fact his gimmick heavily relied upon beer drinking, which isn't great with the PG product, he might not get the induction.
8 Will Make It: Sabu
Sabu is one of the biggest names in ECW history, and he is somebody who not only put together memorable matches and moments, but he was also innovative inside the ring. Sabu brought a unique style that helped inspire others, and how he put his body on the line was incredible to see.
Sabu might not have enjoyed the push he deserved in WWE, but his innovative style is something that should lead to him being inducted one day. WWE often brings in stars who might not have been giant WWE Superstars, but are well respected around the world such as Jushin Liger and Great Muta, which is a category Sabu will fall into.
7 No Chance: Jerry Lynn
Jerry Lynn was a talented in-ring worker and someone who is often overlooked in comparison to others from ECW's history. However, he was a brilliant performer who did a fantastic job of entertaining fans both in terms of his wrestling style to his promos.
However, Lynn didn't work for WWE and that is something that would likely stop him from getting a Hall Of Fame induction. While the company does bring in some talent who never stepped foot into a WWE ring, he's likely not going to be one of them, especially since he works for AEW.
6 Will Make It: Tommy Dreamer
Tommy Dreamer was considered to be the heart and soul of ECW, and for that alone, he is likely to end up in WWE's Hall Of Fame. He was a huge part of the company, and he then went on to have a great career with WWE as well, both in and out of the ring for the company.
He is someone who is respected by people and after being such a great babyface over the years he has certainly earned a Hall Of Fame ring. Fans would enjoy seeing Dreamer be honored by WWE, and that is something that will come down the line.
5 No Chance: Spike Dudley
Spike Dudley was certainly a memorable wrestler, largely because he would put himself through serious pain by taking some crazy bumps. He was a huge part of The Dudley Boyz overall act, but he was never seen on the same level as Bubba Ray or D-Von, which is why they were inducted without him.

Spike simply didn't do enough on his own to have earned an induction, either in WWE or ECW. While he was certainly a memorable act, he isn't a big enough name to warrant his own induction.
4 Will Make It: Paul Heyman
Paul Heyman might not be a professional wrestler, but nobody is associated with ECW more than him. ECW was Heyman's brainchild and his creative genius was on full display over the years with the extreme company, which helped to make Heyman a major name in the business.
He is someone who will end up being inducted into WWE's Hall Of Fame, not just because of what he did with ECW but because he's one of WWE's greatest-ever managers, and someone who has worked behind the scenes for the company creatively as well.
3 No Chance: Psicosis
Psicosis brought a brilliant style into the ring, putting on some amazing performances that people were always wowed by. His talent was undeniable, but that doesn't mean that he will end up being a WWE Hall Of Famer as his time in either company wasn't necessarily that impactful.
He enjoyed a spell with both WWE and ECW, but people tend to know him more for his work in Mexico. If WWE were to induct someone from ECW, he'd likely end up being overlooked.
2 Will Make It: Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho put together some great moments in an ECW ring with his vibrant, fast-paced wrestling style at that time being something that helped the company. His focus was on wrestling rather than the extreme elements, and that is something that allowed ECW to have some excellent matches.

He will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame one day, and will do so as a headline name. He is one of the greatest stars in wrestling history and his WWE career alone would earn him the nod, but adding in his ECW and WCW work he is a shoo-in for the induction.
1 No Chance: New Jack
New Jack was a brilliant character and a wrestler who certainly got a lot of people talking. He is someone that made a huge impact for ECW and there's no doubt that he is one of the most memorable wrestlers to have ever worked for Paul Heyman's company.
However, that didn't translate to WWE, and his extremely violent style is something that WWE's PG company will likely want to avoid. Considering the Mass Transit incident was such a negative situation as well, it is hard to see WWE ever wanting to put a spotlight on him.
