WWE's Most Wanted Treasures show proved to be a popular hit amongst fans as AJ Francis went to search for different artifacts from wrestling history. It was great seeing wrestlers outside the ring as they recalled their history and moments in their career, while they also looked at some great specific costumes and props.

While the show was an easy watch in terms of just listening to the stories, it also provided some great nuggets of information. Things audiences may not have known about a wrestler, from a storyline or to something they decided to keep over the years, which is what made the series truly stand out.
10 An Important Gold Coin
While there was no specific episode about Triple H, he did play his part in the show. There was also some information revealed about his wedding via this series that a lot of people didn't know. Sgt. Slaughter was the man to reveal this information when the series visited his home.
He pulled out a gold coin, which he revealed that all guests had to have to prove they were invited. This is something they had to have on them at all times throughout their spell at the wedding, which is a unique situation that was interesting to learn about.
9 Jerry Lawler Keeping Notes
Jerry Lawler is well-known for being a collector, with his love for Coca-Cola and Superman being something people are aware of. However, the show also highlighted the fact that he was an avid collector of his wrestling merchandise, from big items to smaller details.

One of those just so happened to be a page of notes from the No Way Out 2001 PPV. They might not seem like a big deal, but the reason he kept them was that they're covered in the blood of 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin.
8 Original Mankind Mask
A lot is known about the Mankind character, and when he was searching for his original brown shirt, some interesting details were shared about the idea behind his mask. The brown leather mask was an iconic part of the character, but what a lot of people don't know is that it was originally designed for The Undertaker.
When he suffered his orbital bone fracture, the company had to create some protection. This ended up being the classic Phantom of the Opera style mask that he wore, but as the picture shows, a design was done very similar to the Mankind mask. WWE had kept the idea and when Mick Foley came along, WWE had the chance to use it.
7 Rhinestones By Hand
One episode saw a focus on finding Ric Flair's iconic black butterfly robe. It's one of the greatest of all time, and is a part of the Nature Boy's history. They were able to locate it in what was an emotional moment from the show, but he also provided some great details about the robe itself.
Flair revealed that all the rhinestones on that piece were placed by hand, showcasing the care and craftsmanship which Olivia placed into it. Flair also stated he had to give three months notice to get this created, which made it a detailed design.
6 Undertaker Gets Stuck In A Coat
When people think about The Undertaker's iconic looks, they go to the many coats that he wore over the years. One of the best is what he pulled out to face Triple H at WrestleMania 28. It was a great look for him, and something that suited him, but it caused an embarrassing moment when he and Kane appeared on an anniversary episode of Raw.
Undertaker got stuck in the coat, which is something that most people never knew about. He had to stand on the bottom and eventually have a referee pull the jacket off of him, which wasn't the usual slick exit he would provide.
5 Inspiration For The Spinaroonie
During the show, Booker T revealed what was the inspiration behind the iconic Spinaroonie. He revealed that the first time he did it was for the Global Wrestling Federation, and he had a history of doing break dancing, and that was the reason that he did decide to bring out the move.

However, there was a lot more to it than just hitting a great move. The reason for that was because when he debuted, Booker and his brother were dealing with racial situations. They didn't get treated fairly, but when he bust out this move, things began to change.

One of the exciting aspects of the show was seeing just how much fun the wrestlers were having hunting down their old gear and sharing stories. That was clearest with Mick Foley, with this series being a great example of how nice he is as a person, which is a reputation that he has built up over the years.
When he was attempting to get his original brown leather ring gear, the owner wasn't too keen to part way with the item. While a lot of money was offered, it was the fact that Foley offered to watch a PPV with him that swung the deal. The Hall Of Famer was prepared to fly himself to his house to watch any show of his choice.
3 Kane Did His Unabomb Paint
Fans typically know Glenn Jacobs best as Kane, who is one of the most legendary names in the history of the business. However, before that, he played a character known as Unabomb, which is how he first got noticed as a wrestler. He wore a mask during that time as well, and Glenn himself put in the details for it.
He revealed during the episode that he painted everything himself, and that there was only ever one outfit created. It highlights that even the biggest names in the history of the business have to put the work in to build themselves up at the start.
2 Mark Henry Was Legitimately Angry
One episode focused on trying to find Andre The Giant's mask from his Giant Machine gimmick. Mark Henry, AJ Francis, and Big Show were the people in charge of locating this. They thought that they had it when it was found in Sonny Onoo's house, but the former WCW personality played them and the legends had to be involved in an online auction.

It was something that frustrated people that were involved, legitimately making them heated. It showcased the passion that they all had, with Henry having to leave Onoo's house before he choked him out due to how mad he was.
1 Jake Roberts & Honky Tonk Man Still Have Heat
During one episode, AJ Francis was tasked with finding the guitar that Honky Tonk Man smashed over Jake Roberts. The latter was involved in the episode as he looked for things from his career. However, what a lot of people may not know is the fact that their rivalry was a legitimate one.
They had real heat backstage and did not get along because of it. While that often happens over the years, most wrestlers end up resolving the issues and building bridges. However, that wasn't the case with these two, as they refused to see each other even at this stage.
