Ever since his 2018 return to WWE, Bobby Lashley has become one of the most popular wrestlers in the company. For the first few years, Lashley's run wasn't exciting but after aligning with MVP, his career skyrocketed, and he even became a World Champion. One thing fans will notice about Bobby Lashley is that his eyebrows look different from most people's. It's true because he actually doesn't have any due to an autoimmune disease.

Some still don't know that's because he actually doesn't have real eyebrows anymore as he lost them due to an autoimmune disease. It's also the reason why WWE often photoshops his eyebrows in match posters, though they make them look even more ridiculous.

Alopecia Makes It So That Bobby Lashley Can't Grow Hair

Lashley suffers from a medical condition called Alopecia areata where a person loses hair from a part of their body. In Lashley's case, it seems to be Alopecia Universalis where the patient loses nearly every hair on their body. If fans look closely, they'll notice that Lashley doesn't have eyelashes or any visible hair on his body.

Those who've been following his career for a long time know that he didn't always suffer from this disease. Alopecia can happen at any age. Usually, people face spot baldness on their body but in some rare cases, they end up losing every hair. During Lashley's previous WWE run, he had real eyebrows and for a brief time, he even sported a beard (when he was active in MMA).

Bobby Lashley Has Tattooed Eyebrows

For those who're wondering, the eyebrows we see on Lashley today are tattooed. Some fans thought they were drawn on, but that's not the case.

Those tattooed eyebrows do look a bit weird sometimes, especially when the cameras are focused on him from up close. But this isn't a major problem, as most of the time, nobody notices that his eyebrows are tattooed. During the matches, most people simply focus on the in-ring action, and a little bit of camera work makes everything easier.

Bobby Lashley Wore Headbands To Keep Sweat From Getting In His Eyes

The All Mighty is one of those guys who sweat a lot even before the in-ring action begins. This causes issues for Lashley and makes it harder for him to wrestle in the ring as all that drips into his eyes resulting in blurred vision. It's the eyebrows' job to protect us from sweat, and since Lashley doesn't have those, he constantly has to wipe them off from his eyes. Being bald doesn't help him either since the lack of hair makes it easier for sweat to get into his eyes. It's the main reason why he wore a sweatband in TNA, and also in WWE when he first arrived.

Lashley still sweats a lot during his matches and has to wipe off his face to see things properly. The lack of eyebrows doesn't bother his fans as much though. At least he still has "eyebrows" unlike in Sean Waltman's case, who lost one of his eyebrows to a rib by Mr. Perfect on his 21st birthday. He looked so weird with just one eyebrow that he had to shave the other one as well to match things up. And just one day later he had to do a photo shoot with his shaved eyebrows.
