When fans see wrestlers perform on television they come across as larger-than-life characters as they're all out to portray a specific gimmick and that is how people view them. However, they are also real-life people, and behind the scenes, they can be completely different from how they portray themselves on television.

That is particularly true considering how many of the current AEW stars are fathers, which might not be how people see them. Because the wrestlers are hard-hitting, and showcasing aggression in the ring most people don't think of them as kind, caring fathers, but in reality many members of the roster are in fact dads.
10 Sting
Sting has a very unique gimmick and it's incredibly mysterious which is why a lot of people don't see him as a fatherly figure. He has kept his private life exactly that over the years and because of that a lot of people aren't aware of the fact that he is a father.
Sting actually has three children, which is something that most people aren't aware of because it isn't something that gets brought up during storylines or in interviews outside of television.
9 Adam Page
Adam Page is one of the wrestlers on the rise in AEW, being someone that people are starting to get to know about regularly. However, many fans don't know that The Elite star is a father, which is something that he is incredibly proud of.

Page is still fairly new to fatherhood, which is likely why a lot of people aren't aware of the situation. The Young Bucks happily share the fact they're fathers, but their stablemate tends to keep things more private.
8 Rush
Rush has only just become a father, which is something he was proudly sharing on social media, proving how much the moment means to him personally. Of course, inside the ring Rush is one of the most aggressive in-ring performers in AEW, therefore he isn't normally seen in this light.
However, Rush becoming a father is a great reminder to people that wrestlers are often vastly different in reality from the characters that they're portraying on television.
7 Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho is one of the busiest men in AEW due to all the commitments he has outside of just being a professional wrestler, and that includes being a father. Jericho is extremely hands-on with his kids, often spending his free time with them, which is a big reason why AEW's schedule works nicely.
Jericho might not have brought his family life into any of his storylines, unlike other wrestlers, but that hasn't stopped him from sharing all about them on social media as fans enjoy seeing a different side of him.
6 Matt Hardy
Another veteran of the AEW roster who is a father is Matt Hardy, which is something many fans are aware of. While certain wrestlers opt to keep their families private, Hardy has taken the opposite approach. He has made his children part of his character at times, which has seen them appear on television.
Incorporating them into his Broken character proved to be a great decision as it has added a lot of entertaining moments over the years which only added to Hardy's overall package.
5 Paul Wight
Paul Wight is larger than life in many ways and he has also expanded his own family over the years as well. The AEW star has three children with one coming from his first marriage and two from the second relationship he has had in his life.

It's not something that people are as familiar with in comparison to some of his coworkers as he hasn't always shared that aspect of his life.

Jeff Jarrett might play a slimeball on television that is easy to hate, but in reality, he is someone who cares a lot about those around him; particularly his children. The WWE Hall Of Famer has three daughters from his first marriage, and he doesn't have any children with his current wife Karen Jarrett.
His children famously once got babysat by Taylor Swift, which is something that has made the news several times considering how popular the pop star is. However, him being a father is something that puts him in a completely different light as to how fans might view him.
3 Penta El Zero Miedo
There hasn't been much of Penta El Zero Miedo's personal life showcased on AEW television, and the focus has just been on him as an in-ring talent. However, he is another father on the AEW roster, which is something that a lot of people probably aren't aware of.
His character is quite a mysterious one due to the mask and face paint, with a lot of fans likely not being aware of what he even looks like in real life. This is a positive for him moving forward as he'll be able to comfortably keep his personal life exactly that.
2 Roderick Strong
Roderick Strong is still a relatively new member of the AEW roster, therefore fans are still learning all about him, but he is another of the fathers in the company. He is also a much rarer example of someone who is a father with someone else who is on the AEW roster.

That's because his partner, and the mother of his child, is Marina Shafir, who is part of the women's division. The MMA Four Horsewoman isn't showcased as regularly as Strong, but the two of them are proud parents.
1 Bryan Danielson
Fans are aware that many wrestlers have children, but few people have seen a wrestler's journey into parenthood closer than Bryan Danielson's. This is due to his wife having several popular reality shows which have highlighted all aspects of their life, including when she gave birth.
Danielson has a daughter and a son, and over the years he has made his family a huge priority over the years, taking time away from the ring to be with them and ensuring he only works limited dates to make being a father his ultimate priority.
