AEW Dynamite was even more stacked than usual. Tony Khan promoted a monumental announcement for the company, and MJF would celebrate "MJF Day" in his hometown of Long Island. In the ring, we'd see four title matches, including a Titles Versus Careers match. On top of that, AEW added yet another incredible star in Jay White! Here are your winners and losers from the very eventful April 5th episode of AEW Dynamite.RELATED: 10 Matches AEW Should Book For Forbidden Door 2023

Winner: Jay White Is All Elite!

Ricky Starks was set for his match against Juice Robinson. As he awaited the Bullet Club member in the ring, Jay White's music hit!

BAM! - Robinson attacked Starks from behind. Was it just a tease? Nope. Switchblade sprinted to the ring to help his Bullet Club teammate assault Ricky. Starks didn't go down without a fight; he clawed his way back but ended up laying flat on the canvas after White hit him with a Blade Runner.

Jay White is in All Elite Wrestling, a massive acquisition.

Winner: House Of Black Vs. Best Friends & Orange Cassidy

Jay White wasn't the only surprise on the night; Sue made a triumphant return. Trent Beretta's mother dropped off The Best Friends in her van. They challenged the House of Black for the AEW Trios Titles in an entertaining match.

The match started with strong pro wrestling, including an incredible sequence from Buddy Matthews and Orange Cassidy. From there, the match evolved into exhilarating, beautiful chaos.

Brodie King sandwiched Chuck Taylor with a cross body directly into the barricade. Malakai and Buddy caught Cassidy's attempted dive and drove him into the corner of the apron. Then, they did the same thing to Trent Beretta.

Later, Trent hit two gnarly piledrivers on Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews. He tried to get King up, but he was too big. An Orange Punch on Brodie weakened the big man, allowing Trent to lift him up for a pile driver and a breathless near fall.

The Best Friends' efforts fell short when Chuck Taylor went for his Soul Food finisher. Buddy Matthews countered the maneuver and hit Taylor with a big stomp for the victory.

Winner: Jamie Hayter Vs. Riho

Riho has been on a tremendous win streak and earned her shot at the AEW Women's Championship. Once again, the former champ proved her worth against the current champ. The story of the match was Jamie Hayter's power against Riho's resiliency.

For minutes, Hayter would nail Riho with jaw-dropping, back-breaking moves, but the much smaller wrestler wouldn't go down. She'd come back with a spectacular answer; hurricanranas, top rope dives, and beautiful counters.

With each comeback, Riho had a little less left in her tank. As valiant as her effort was, Hayter's power proved too much for young Riho. Jamie executed the rip-cord Hayterade on the challenger for the victory in an excellent match.

Winner: MJF Day Celebration!

Maxwell Jacob Friedman was awarded the key to the city in his hometown of Long Island, New York. Tonight, and the rest of the Long Island, would celebrate. He made an entrance as a full jazz orchestra played. For the second time in his AEW career, MJF showed us how incredible a vocalist he is as he serenaded the audience to "Pennies From Heaven."

In the ring, MJF added another chapter to his villain origin story. This time, he detailed growing up with ADD and how difficult it was for him to concentrate in school. When his teacher would call on him, he'd falter, and the teacher would ask, "Where does your brain go?" The answer: "Pro wrestling!"

After another stellar promo, MJF asked his hometown crowd if they wanted an encore. Of course, they did. But just before the champ cued the band, one of the members banged two cymbals right in MJF's ear... this was Jungle Boy!

MJF and Jungle Boy brawled before security broke up the fight. Once again, two of the pillars had to be broken up, fury in their eyes! And that's when another pillar made his entrance.

Loser: Sammy Guevara Wins, Cuts A Redundant Promo

Sammy Guevara came out and grabbed the AEW Championship that lay between MJF and Jungle Boy. He shoved the belt in Maxwell's face before heading to the ring for his match with Komander.

The match itself was quite entertaining and featured some fantastic Lucha work. Komander did a lot of tightrope walking and beautiful moonsaults and dives. Sammy would eventually counter one of the rope walks with a cutter, setting him up for the GTH finisher.

The match itself was fun, but it failed to generate the necessary heat or reactions you'd expect.

After his win, Sammy cut a promo that did little to help him get over with the crowd. He recited a lot of what we've heard before; Max cheated his way to the top and never wrestles. We've heard it before from the other pillars, and this certainly wasn't the best delivery of it.

Winner: AEW All In Set! Will Take Place At Wembley Stadium

Tony Khan stood alongside their new broadcast member, Nigel McGuiness. Khan recounted the history of All In, the biggest independent wrestling show in history and the catalyst for All Elite Wrestling.

Five years later, Tony announced that AEW will produce another All In PPV - this time from Wembley Stadium in London! Wembley Stadium has not hosted a pro wrestling show since SummerSlam 1992.

Winner: Blackpool Combat Club Deliver More Destruction

After Jon Moxley, Claudio, and Wheeler Yuta squashed a trio of nameless jobbers, Danielson took to the microphone. In an awesome heel promo, he declared that BCC were the only real professional wrestlers left in America.

Hangman Adam Page took offense to that and made his way out. In a four-on-one beatdown, they annihilated Page. They even went as far as to drive a screwdriver into Hangman's forehead.

Winner: FTR Wins AEW Tag Team Titles!

If FTR didn't capture the AEW Tag Team Titles, they'd have to retire from All Elite Wrestling. The contract rumors surrounding the team added a deep layer of drama to the match.

To give credit where credit is due, The Gunns were pretty good in this match. Their heel work, counters, and tandem offense were as smooth as we've ever seen from them.

Throughout the contest, they attempted to cheat in every way imaginable. At a certain point, they were trying to get disqualified, so that FTR would have to leave the company. But the referee, aware of the situation, wouldn't allow the match to end like that.

The conclusion of the match was pretty dang dramatic, with plenty of teased finishes that made the audience think that FTR was gone. Thankfully that isn't the case. Both Dax and Cash got dual pins on The Gunns to regain the Tag Team Titles and cement their place in AEW.
