10 Genuinely A Surprise: Bayley Retains The Raw Women's Championship (WrestleMania 33)
Bayley competed at WrestleMania for the first time in her career at WrestleMania 33, and she defended the Raw Women's Championship against Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Nia Jax in a fatal-4-way elimination match. The Irresistible Force was the first to be eliminated from proceedings.
While the Boss and Charlotte were involved in the match, they would have been favored to end Bayley's Raw Women's Championship reign. That failed to materialize with Sasha getting eliminated, and Bayley got the better of Charlotte once more to hang onto the Raw Women's Championship in a superb WrestleMania debut outing.

Trish Stratus was expected to defend the WWE Women's Championship against Lita at WrestleMania 21, but Lita was injured at New Year's Revolution 2005. Instead, Trish put her title on the line against Christy Hemme, who won the 2004 Diva Search competition.
Their WWE Women's Championship match was dreadful as Hemme was not on Trish's level. Lita was in Hemme's corner, and Trish retained the Women's Championship with one of the worst Chick Kicks of her career as Hemme moved out of the way early.

Fandango squared off with Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 29, and the first-ever Undisputed WWE Champion was heavily favored to get the job done. This was newcomer Fandango's debut match, and to get a scalp over Jericho would have been a big deal.
Jericho has a reputation for being incredibly selfless over the years, and he has done the job for his colleagues on countless occasions. Nonetheless, Fandango scored one of the biggest upsets in the history of 'Mania when he rolled up Jericho.
7 Painfully Obvious: The Undertaker Defeats Kane (WrestleMania 20)
The Undertaker marked his return to WWE as the Deadman at WrestleMania 20 with Paul Bearer in tow. The Phenom clashed with his brother Kane in their second WrestleMania outing. This bout was nowhere near as good as their first encounter on the Show of Shows, but fans were pleased to see Undertaker back as the Deadman.

The Miz had the biggest match of his WWE career when he put the WWE Championship on the line against John Cena, who was competing in his seventh consecutive World Championship match in the main event of WrestleMania 27. The Awesome One sustained a concussion when his head hit the concrete floor after a spot on the broadcast table. Furthermore, Cena was the odds-on favorite to win the WWE Championship, but The Rock nailed him with the Rock Bottom, and Miz kept a hold of the WWE Championship which no one saw coming.
5 Painfully Obvious: The Shield Overpowers Kane & The New Age Outlaws (WrestleMania 30)
The Shield's Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins squared off with Kane and the New Age Outlaws in a six-man tag team match at WrestleMania 30. There was no chance that the veterans were going to pull off the upset and beat The Shield who was functioning as a cohesive unit.
The Shield overpowered Kane, Road Dogg, and Billy Gunn with ease. They were hardly troubled, and the Shield put Kane and the Outlaws out of their misery after they executed their trademark Triple Powerbomb on Dogg and Gunn to secure a comprehensive victory.
4 Genuinely A Surprise: Owen Hart Defeats Bret Hart (WrestleMania 10)
The curtain-raiser at WrestleMania 10 featured Owen Hart colliding with his older brother Bret. The Hitman pulled double duty as he had a WWE Championship match with either Yokozuna or Lex Luger later on in the night. This was a remarkable contest with technical wrestling at the highest order.

3 Painfully Obvious: Chyna Defeats Ivory (WrestleMania 17)
WrestleMania 17 marked only the second time that Chyna competed for the WWE Women's Championship and she faced off with Ivory in a rematch from their encounter at the 2001 Royal Rumble. Ivory was on her lonesome with Right To Censor barred from ringside and it was a complete mismatch with Chyna overpowering Ivory.
Ivory tried to gain the upper hand by hitting Chyna in the back with her Women's Championship but that's as good as it got for Ivory. The Ninth Wonder of the World wasn't in a charitable mood, and she beat Ivory decisively with a Gorilla Press Slam to become the new WWE Women's Champion.

When fans entered the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, no one could have expected that Brock Lesnar would end The Undertaker's 21-0 unbeaten streak at WrestleMania. Several wrestlers have come close, but the Beast Incarnate did the unthinkable by ending Undertaker's 23-year WrestleMania unbeaten record with an F-5.
There was a stunned silence with fans in attendance and around the world in shock. It's unquestionably, one of the most surprising results in the history of WrestleMania which barely anyone could have foreseen happen before the match got underway.
1 Painfully Obvious: Hulk Hogan Defeats Sgt. Slaughter (WrestleMania 7)
Hulk Hogan hadn't held the WWE Championship for a year which was unheard of, and he challenged Sgt. Slaughter for the WWE Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 7. Fans desperately wanted Hogan to dethrone Slaughter, who portrayed an Iraqi sympathizer.
It wasn't the best of WrestleMania main events but Hogan shed buckets of blood as he was hit with a steel chair. Nevertheless, the result was inevitable with the Hulkster ending Slaughter's three-month WWE Championship reign to kickstart his third run as WWE Champion.
