When you beat on your fellow coworkers all day for a living, sometimes things can get out of hand. Tempers flare up big time, and opponents often can’t wait to find new and interesting things ways to hurt their opponents. That’s just in the ring though. The referee might call for a disqualification, and then the match is over. When those same tempers get completely out of hand, and the action spills out of the ring, before or after the bell is when situations can get a little dicey.
Within the storylines, the actions beyond the ring sometimes are actionable offensives. Sometimes the superstars get away with their crimes. Here are 10 WWE Wrestlers Who Should Be In Jail (Based On Their On-Screen Actions).
10 Baron Corbin
Baron Corbin is an old-school type of heel who couldn’t care less what you think of him. Lately, King Corbin has been tearing it up on Smackdown, where he rules his kingdom with an iron fist, along with acolytes like Dolph Ziggler and the Revival.
The Lone Wolf has also been waging a war with Roman Reigns to see who the leader of the Blue Brand will be. In an attempt to humiliate the Big Dog, Corbin and his cronies delivered a beatdown on the former Universal Champion. But that wasn’t enough, the chained him up to a turnbuckle dumped dog food all over him.
9 Vince McMahon
Can you imagine the Public Relations/Human Resources nightmare it would be having Mr. McMahon as the boss of WWE. He shows extreme prejudice against employees who won’t conform to his personal idea of corporate attire and behavior.

Not to mention, the sheer number of women he has either cavorted with or tried to cavort with and degraded on live television.
8 Steve Austin
It’s one of the wildest and most infamous moments in Raw history, perhaps even the wrestling history. After shattering his ankle, Stone Cold Steve Austin decided to head to Brian Pillman’s house to finish the job.
Austin couldn’t care less about the consequences, and neither did Pillman, who showed onscreen that Austin 3:16 would meet Pillman Nine Millimeter. Austin assaulted several of Pillman’s friends and broke into the Loose Cannon’s home, just two acts before doing a whole lot more several years later.
7 The Undertaker
Only in wrestling would a character like the Undertaker be so loved. He’s a dead guy who used to stuff his opponents into body bags and coffins. But the storyline of the Undertaker went completely off the rails when Kane was being introduced, and it’s one the Deadman should have been arrested, tried, and committed for.
According to the Phenom’s former friend and manager, Paul Bearer, a young Undertaker burnt down the funeral home his folks owned and operated and they, along with his brother Kane was inadvertently murdered as well. To date, the Undertaker has not answered for this heinous crime.
6 Jake Roberts
One of the most indelible memories of plenty of wrestling fans youth was the brief but violent (for the time) feud between Randy Savage and Jake The Snake Roberts. After being insulted by Roberts, Savage (then serving only as a commentator) charged the ring to get at Roberts.

Jake not only got the better of the Macho Man, but Savage wound up tied in the ropes. Jake grabbed the King Cobra he’d been carrying around at the time and let the vicious snake go to town on Savage’s arm.
5 Shawn Michaels
“Is there a problem with the Rockers? I don’t think so!” Shawn Michaels famously said, ripping up a copy of the WWE magazine article posing that very question.
Instead of doing the honorable thing and telling Marty that he didn’t want to be friends and tag team partners anymore, Shawn committed an atrocity and kicked his old buddy right in the face. Then, he proceeded to heave him face-first into a window of the barbershop, destroying private property while committing aggravated assault and battery.
4 Brock Lesnar
The Beast Incarnate has committed several violent atrocities over the years that someone should put a muzzle on the guy. In his youth, he attempted to kill Zack Gowen by launching the handicapped star down the stairs.
Several years ago, while he was demolishing Seth Rollins and J & J security, Brock decided to play a real-life version of the Street Fighter bonus round. With the help of an ax or two, the mayor of Suplex City went to town on J&J’s new Caddy, before heaving both of Seth’s goons right into their new gift.
3 Batista
Obsession can be a dangerous thing. Big Dave Batista was a beloved WWE superstar who became a beloved movie star. He could do whatever he wants in life, but he still wanted one more match with his mentor Triple H and then he would be done.
For whatever reason, the Game has balked over the years at the idea of a match. Until a deranged Batista took matters into his own hands during Ric Flair’s 70th Birthday Bash, the Animal thought it would be a good idea to beat on a fairly defenseless old man just to get Hunter’s attention.
2 Randy Orton
Before Bray Wyatt started pledging his allegiance to the Fiend, the Eater Of Worlds was all about Sister Abigail and the Wyatt Family home he had grown up in. To ingratiate himself to the Wyatt Family and get close enough to Bray to defeat him, Randy pledged himself to Wyatt.

Until it was time to show that his allegiance was all a ruse. On the road to WrestleMania 33, the Royal Rumble winner burned down the Wyatt Compound and challenged Wyatt to a match for the title.
1 Kevin Nash
Big Daddy Cool was anything but cool on his way out of the door of the WWE in 1996. He was a vile, nasty heel who was stopping at nothing to try and take back the WWE title from his former buddy, Shawn Michaels. The two wrestled a No Holds Barred match at “Good Friends, Better Enemies.”
Diesel was allowed to do whatever he wanted to Shawn, within the confines of a wrestling match. But the future Hall Of Famer wound up ripping off Mad Dog Vachon’s prosthetic leg to try and swing at HBK.
