8 Never Won The SmackDown Tag Team Championship
Kane is one of the most prolific tag team competitors in WWE history as he is a 12-time WWE Tag Team Champion with several different partners. Kane has won the WWE, WCW, and WWE World Tag Team Championships. However, Kane has never won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
Kane and Daniel Bryan reunited Team Hell No briefly in 2018, and they challenged the Bludgeon Brothers for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship at Extreme Rules. The former WWE Tag Team Champions were unable to add the SmackDown Tag Team Championship to their collection, and Kane was wearing a protective boot on his left foot.
7 Never Won An Elimination Chamber Match
Kane has competed in several gimmick matches throughout his WWE career, but one match he failed to win and that was the Elimination Chamber match. Alongside Sheamus, both men have competed in five Elimination Chamber matches and they have never won one.

In the semifinals, Kane clashed with Billy Gunn and surprisingly Kane failed to defeat the former Tag Team Champion. A small consolation for Kane is that Billy went on to win the King of the Ring tournament by beating Kane's tag team partner X-Pac in the final.
5 Never Beat The Undertaker In An Inferno Match
The rivalry between Kane and The Undertaker is one of the greatest rivalries in WWE history, and Undertaker dominated their feud in the Attitude Era. 3 Never Won The Universal Championship
Kane's career has been littered with many championship victories, and Kane has won the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships. The Devil's Favorite Demon was looking to win the Universal Championship for the first time, and he had a battle on his hands at the 2018 Royal Rumble to dethrone Brock Lesnar, and Braun Strowman was involved in a triple threat match.

1 Never Won A Royal Rumble
One of the glaring accolades missing from Kane's impressive resume is a Royal Rumble match victory. Kane is one of the most prolific performers in the history of the Royal Rumble. He has competed in a record 20 Royal Rumble matches and he was the runner-up in 2001 losing out to Steve Austin.
Kane eliminated 11 wrestlers in the 2001 Royal Rumble match which was a record that stood for 13 years. Nevertheless, Kane was worthy of getting a Royal Rumble match victory, which, unfortunately, failed to materialize. He's eliminated the most wrestlers in Royal Rumble matches with 46 to his name.
