As Logan Paul gets set for his big title match at WWE Crown Jewel against Roman Reigns, he's getting help from arguably the best wrestler to ever put on a pair of boots. WWE is heavily hyping the fact that Paul is doing in-ring training for his title match with Shawn Michaels.= and one has to wonder if the company is setting fans up for a shocking turn of events.
WWE posted a video and shared images of Michaels working with the social media influencer and podcast giant l in the ring. Among the other trainers who were there were Drew Gulak and Shane Helms. Paul said, "Today's a big day, working with the legend himself Shawn Michaels, masterclass to the top. I got no time to be bad." Footage was shown of him doing a back flip off the top rope and a few other moves that fans are likely to see when he challenges The Head of the Table on Saturday, November 5th.
Michaels was also shown hyping up Paul and saying that Reigns is expected to beat him. That he's been the champion for two years and Paul has nothing to lose, there is a chance Logan Paul could shock the world. Michaels said that all the pressure is on The Tribal Chief and he's not taking this very seriously. But, Michaels says, if he "chokes, he's done." Paul responded that he's been in these situations before and been blinded by ignorance. Paul said Reigns might be one of the greatest of all time, but he's still a human.

Is WWE Setting Up Fans For A Possible Upset?
By showing Paul working with Michaels (one of the greats), these subtle hints seem to be that fans shouldn't be shocked if the YouTube star pulls off the upset of the year. WWE wants people to believe this is going to be a competitive match, even though by in-ring experience standards, Paul shouldn't even be getting an opportunity at the championship.
