Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay, known as The IInspiration together, recently announced that they were going to be stepping away from the ring indefinitely after a decent spell working as a tag team in IMPACT Wrestling, having requested and received their immediate release.
While the two former WWE Superstars haven't announced why they've decided to step away from wrestling it is being reported that the pair are planning to leave the industry entirely and give something different a go - with that thing being acting.

Dave Meltzer wrote in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the story going round last week's IMPACT wrestling tapings was that both women wanted to give acting a serious go, and so would no longer be competing as wrestlers.
But it seems like they might not do too badly as actresses, as one of the two has already secured their first acting gig. Jessie McKay was announced as starring in writer/director/producer Matteo Rossi's latest film, which is called The Charisma Killers.
Both Cassie and Jessie have been great to watch together while competing as a tag-team in WWE and in IMPACT Wrestling, especially with their comedic timing, so it stands to reason that they'll be good at acting elsewhere as well. Although it will be a shame to no longer see them together, especially as they were Knockouts Tag Team Champions.
Why did Cassie Lee, formerly Peyton Royce, and Jessie McKay, formerly Billie Kay, leave WWE?
Known as the IIconics in WWE, many thought that Royce and Kay would go on to great thing. And while they did indeed win the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles, they were abruptly split up and failed to solidify themselves as singles competitors, with both being released by the company in April 2021.
After a short break from wrestling, the pair then appeared for IMPACT Wrestling in October 2021, where they won the Knockouts Tag Team Titles in their first match. They would lose those titles to Madison Rayne and Tenille Dashwood earlier this year, and failed to regain them at IMPACT's recent Rebellion pay-per-view.
