The rivalry between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair continues to ramp up. This Friday night on SmackDown, Flair didn't directly allude to her backstage heat with Lynch and the rumors surrounding the two, but she did take a few shots at the Raw Women's Champion prior to their Survivor Series match. Lynch didn't take too kindly to one of the remarks and responded on Twitter Friday evening.
During Charlotte's wildly entertaining promo, one in which she got the fans to chant "uh oh" with her over and over, Charlotte took a shot at Lynch coming back too soon from having a baby and also claimed that nothing about Lynch is natural. Calling Lynch a fabricated champion, Charlotte claimed she's the real deal. Of course, for Lynch, who is often among the wittier of WWE Superstars, she saw the natural comments as the perfect opening.
She responded, "Hahahaha. Did Charlotte just say there’s nothing natural about ME?! That’s brilliant." Of course, most believe she's referring to the amount of plastic surgery and work Charlotte has had done over her ascension in the wrestling industry. Lynch was hinting that it's incredibly ironic that someone who has had so much work done would call someone else unnatural.
This isn't the first time wrestlers have taken a shot at Charlotte. Liv Morgan once said in a promo that Charlotte should stop being such a phony and asked if there was anything real about her. While that might have been on the verge of body shaming for no good reason, in this case, Charlotte seemed to open the door for Lynch to respond.

Was Lynch's Response Over The Line?
The responses on Twitter are mixed. Many Lynch fans have said they are disappointed that a new mother would resort to body shaming Flair, while others have written that all is fair game in the world of professional wrestling where the idea is to build heat. Some have said Lynch didn't technically say anything directly with her response.
Needless to say, these two women are drawing a ton of attention for their upcoming match and if they can work together, there will be a huge portion of the WWE Universe that want to see how this all plays itself out.
