Evolution is one of the most iconic factions in WWE history, and it had the right balance of the past, present, and future of WWE, with Ric Flair, Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista filling up those roles, respectively. Together, the group went on to dominate its adversaries and became one of the few factions in WWE history to hold all the male championships of a brand at the same time.

The young members of the group went on to become multiple-time world champions, and being part of the group immensely helped their career graph. With that said, let’s take a look at ten things you might not know about the group's personal relationships.
10 Triple H Rejected Mark Jindrak In Favor Of Batista
Batista's name was in the mix when WWE originally planned the members of the group, but a triceps injury he sustained in 2003 resulted in him needing more time to heal before he could join the faction. Vince McMahon reportedly wanted to replace Batista with Mark Jindrak and had him film promotional video packages with Triple H, Ric Flair, and Randy Orton.
But Triple H wasn't a fan of this idea and convinced both Jindrak and McMahon that the former wasn't mature enough to be part of the group and waited for Batista to return to full health.
9 Batista's Relationships
Batista married his first wife, Glenda, in 1990 and had two daughters with her named Keilani and Athena, born in 1990 and 1992, respectively. The marriage didn't last long, as the couple went their separate ways in 1998.
Batista married his second wife, Angie, the same year and had a son together with her named Oliver. Unfortunately for Batista, this marriage also wouldn't last, as they got divorced in 2006. By the time he was 40 years old, Batista had two grandsons through his eldest daughter Keilani.
8 Randy Orton's Relationships
Randy Orton married his first wife, Samantha Speno, in September 2007 and had a daughter together. The marriage didn't last long, as the couple separated in 2012. Their divorce proceedings didn't go on like most celebrity divorces, as Speno was very reasonable in her claims and let Orton have most of the assets and only demanded child support, which wasn't a big deal considering the amount of money he was making.

He married his second wife Kimberly Kessler in 2015, and the couple had a daughter together, while Orton became the stepfather to Kessler's children from a previous relationship.
7 Ric Flair's Many Weddings
Ric Flair is known for the many world championships he won throughout his decorated in-ring career, and he is also well known for the many marriages he did throughout his life. The Nature Boy has been married five times in his life so far, and he married his first wife, Leslie Goodman, in 1971 and got divorced in 1983. He then married Elizabeth Harrell in 1983 and got divorced in 2006.
He then tied the knot with Tiffany VanDemark in 2006 and split with her in 2009, married Jackie Beems in 2009, and parted ways with her in 2014. Flair married his current wife, Wendy Barlow, in 2018, with whom he had a brief split in January 2022 but reunited with her in May of the same year.
6 Triple H's Relationships
Triple H was in a relationship with his fellow DX member Chyna between 1996 and 2000. But they didn't last long as The Game allegedly started seeing Stephanie McMahon behind her back and eventually broke up with her.
Triple H got together with Stephanie McMahon despite facing initial restrictions from her father Vince McMahon, and the couple got married in 2003. The Game and Stephanie McMahon have three daughters together named Aurora Rose Levesque, born in 2006, Murphy Claire Levesque, born in 2008 and Vaughn Evelyn Levesque, born in 2010.
5 Randy Orton's Second Wife Was A Big Fan Of Him Before They Even Met
Celebrities would often have a strict policy about dating fans, but Randy Orton married one of his super fans as his second wife, Kimberly Kessler, was a big fan of his before they even first met. Kessler stated in an interview with the WWE Network that she used to fantasize about Orton being her boyfriend and covered her house in his memorabilia before they even got together.
Orton had tons of female fans during his early days with WWE, and it's no surprise that Kessler was also one of them, but she manifested more than being a fan as she married her celebrity crush in 2015.
4 Triple H Once Laughed At Batista Over His Role As Drax The Destroyer
Batista's return to WWE in 2014 didn't go as planned, as the fans didn't want to accept anyone other than Daniel Bryan as the company's top babyface. He left the company due to creative differences following the 2014 Payback PPV. However, he did want to make a return to the company the same year to promote his upcoming role as Drax The Destroyer in the Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy.

However, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon allegedly laughed at his suggestion and stated that the movie might not be that successful, which turned out to be a huge error on their part.
3 Batista Had Affairs With Multiple Female Wrestlers
One of the main reasons behind the failure of Batista's second marriage is that he allegedly had affairs with multiple female wrestlers on the WWE roster. The list included the likes of Melina, Kelly Kelly, and Rosa Mendes. Batista himself accepted doing the deed, and WWE even used his alleged relationship with Melina on television during The Animal's feud with MNM.
Batista had to divorce his second wife Angie because of all these second flings, but the couple later settled their differences and remained friends even after the split.
2 It Wasn't Randy Orton's Real Wife During Triple H's House Attack
Randy Orton's feud with the McMahon family got very personal after he attacked Stephanie McMahon, which brought Triple H into the mix. As the feud went by, WWE played out a segment in which Triple H invaded Randy Orton's house and assaulted him in front of his wife.
However, Orton didn't want his real wife at the time, Samantha Speno, to be part of the segment, and WWE had to recruit an actress to play the role. That would explain why her face was not shown on camera as Triple H unleashed a vicious attack on Orton.
1 Triple H & Ric Flair Had A Bad Falling Out
Triple H had a close relationship with Ric Flair throughout their time together in WWE, and their eventual partnership in the Evolution faction made their bond stronger.
However, Ric Flair revealed that he had a bad fallout with Triple H over WWE's trademark of the term "The Man." The company trademarked the term, so Becky Lynch could use it as her nickname, but Flair took exception to this as it was related to his iconic catchphrase "To Be The Man, You Got To Beat The Man." But Flair claimed that things calmed down between them, and he was one of the first persons to call Stephanie McMahon when Triple H suffered a cardiac episode in 2021.
