Entrances play a big part in professional wrestling, setting the tone for what type of gimmicks the wrestlers have while also pumping up the fans to get them excited. In AEWsome amazing entrances occur every week, often creating great atmospheres in the arenas.

From Chris Jericho's regular sing-a-long to everyone waving along when Jungle Boy makes his way down there's no doubt that Tony Khan puts a lot of effort into this side of the business. However, not everyone can have exciting entrances; some have slipped through the cracks in AEW which are rather forgettable.
10 Paul Wight
Paul Wight's entrance hasn't been used too often in AEW due to the fact he has spent a lot of time on the shelf dealing with injuries. However, that doesn't stop it from being one of the most boring on the roster, largely due to his forgettable music.
The theme that he has been given in AEW is one of the most generic possible which is a shame considering the star power that he commands.
9 Bryan Danielson
During his time in WWE Bryan Danielson had one of the best entrances as he would run down to the ring with audiences chanting "Yes" alongside him as Bryan would pump his arms up into the air. It was very interactive and always created some great visuals as he made his way down to the ring.

However, Danielson decided to stop doing that in AEW out of respect to WWE, but that has led to his entrance becoming quite bland. His music has forgettable lyrics plastered over it, and overall it doesn't quite work in the same way it used to.
8 Kip Sabian
Kip Sabian is someone who brings plenty of character to the business whether that is in promos or during his matches, yet unfortunately, that isn't translated to his entrance. His music isn't one that people tend to talk about and there is truly nothing special about what he does.
It is telling that AEW often cuts Sabian's entrances, but it does feel like a missed opportunity because he has the charisma that could carry something far more exciting if he was given the chance.
7 Lee Johnson
AEW hasn't placed too much focus on Lee Johnson for a while, despite the fact he is a talented in-ring worker. He has the potential to be something exciting if his gimmick was given more focus to developing him, and his entrance could end up being part of that.
Right now he is someone that just heads down to the ring and gets straight on with things rather than creating something exciting or memorable within this moment.
6 Serena Deeb
Serena Deeb is one of the most gifted workers on the AEW roster and that has been clear throughout the performances that she has put on. Her entire gimmick is all about being a talented wrestler as she is the professor, and that is why she is straight to business with her entrance.
Deeb comes out and does a very basic pose before hitting the ring to showcase her skills. It's something that helps to push one side of her character, but the overall entrance itself is boring.
5 Daniel Garcia
Daniel Garcia is becoming one of the biggest names in professional wrestling, and it is clear that he is going to be a top star in the long term future. However, when it comes to his entrance it is incredibly bland, and that shouldn't be the case as he has a lot of charisma.

When he comes out with Jericho Appreciation Society there is plenty of excitement, but on his own, that isn't the case. He tends to just walk down to the ring to then get on with things, and with his sports entertainer gimmick, it is time to add a little more to this one.
4 Leyla Hirsch
Leyla Hirsch is another AEW wrestler with an intense character that is all about what she can do from bell to bell, and that is something that she certainly excels at. Unfortunately, the entrance that she has at the moment isn't something that ever builds much excitement or thrill.
It isn't one of the memorable entrances in AEW, and despite the fact she is one of the upcoming stars in the industry the company hasn't reflected that with the way that she heads to the ring.
3 Jake Hager
There is a reason why Jake Hager tends to come out to Chris Jericho's theme music rather than his own, and it is because it makes his entrance infinitely more exciting. His music is something that most people will not recognize because he barely uses it, and when he did, it did not feel memorable.
Outside Hager just shouting as he comes out, or now wearing a purple hat, there is very little that makes his entrance exciting. However, fortunately for him, he turns up with the rest of JAS most of the time and that brings a lot of excitement.
2 Brock Anderson
Brock Anderson is someone who hasn't had much personality fleshed out yet, and that is something that his AEW entrance showcases. He is someone that just has a very ordinary entrance as he will walk down to the ring without much excitement or drama, and the lack of taunts or poses makes it rather bland.
Because he has a generic wrestling theme there is nothing else to be added to Anderson's overall presentation, and at this point, that is something he desperately needs.
1 The Dark Order
The Dark Order is an exciting faction that has a lot of talented wrestlers who bring different styles and levels of charisma. However, when it comes to their entrances they tend to be extremely forgettable which is largely down to how bland their music is.
While they will hit their usual pose of holding out their hands there is nothing else that makes their entrance exciting. They could be given some smoke or pyro, yet there is none of that and instead, they just head down to the ring in quite a forgettable manner.
